Convocation 2025
The Fourth Convocation for Cotton University students of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes passing out in the year 2023 and 2024 shall be held on 9th December 2025. The Convocation will also confer the undergraduate degree of the Sportspersons’ Programme 2024, and PhD degree till the last date of registration for Convocation.
To register for the convocation, all concerned students are hereby asked to fill-up the requisite online form.
An online payment of ₹2,800/- for Undergraduate Degree, ₹3,300/- for Postgraduate Degree and Diploma, and ₹4,000/- for PhD should be made for the registration.
All registered students shall be able to collect the Original Pass Certificates on the day of the Convocation.
In addition, the University shall award the gold medals to the eligible students on the day of the Convocation.
Eligibility Criteria for Registration:
1. The degree for UG and PG shall be awarded to the students who have passed in the year 2023 and 2024.
2. The degree for PhD will be conferred to those who have been awarded the same till the closing of the registration for convocation.
3. All the Sportspersons who have been awarded Undergraduate Degree under the Undergraduate Sportspersons’ Programme till 2024.
The last date for online form submission is 22nd October 2025
