The following requisites should be ready before filling up the form:

a. Scanned/soft copy of your recent passport photograph

b. Scanned copy of your signature

c. Scanned copy of your Name written in Assamese (Please take care of  the spelling)

c. Scanned copy of your final marksheet (For UG/PG/Diploma)

d. For PhD awardees, the scanned copy of the notification.

FEE DETAILS

An online payment of ₹2,800/- for Undergraduate Degree, ₹3,300/- for Postgraduate Degree and Diploma, and ₹4,000/- for PhD should be made for the registration.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SPELLINGS OF NAMES AND OTHER DETAILS PROVIDED BY YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET PRINTED ON YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE. HENCE, UTMOST CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN WHILE FILLING UP THE ONLINE FORM. No requests for change of spellings will be entertained later once it gets printed.
